Michelle will help you embark on a compassionate and personalised fertility coaching experience.  As a dedicated therapeutic coach with over 15 years experience working with women, she can guide you through the emotional and transformative journey of fertility.  Michelle holds a profound understanding of the emotional intricacies surrounding fertility and is committed to providing unwavering support and guidance as you navigate the path to parenthood.  Having undergone several ivf treatments herself, she has first hand experience of this journey.

All sessions begin with breath-work and grounding alongside mediation for calming.  Therapeutic Coaching differs from traditional counselling in that we take a somatic whole body approach.  By calming your mind we in turn calm your body.

Coaching sessions are booked for 60 mins and it is recommend one per week.  They will take place on Zoom,  This price is for 6 x 60 min 1-2-1 private sessions

Coaching sessions are booked for 60 mins and are weekly..   They will take place on Zoom with a maximum of 10 participants per session,
