Who Is This Programme For?

Do you have a "Mummy Tummy" that seems hard to shift?  You could have a diastasis, a separation of the midline abdominals.

 

This is a BESPOKE programme grounded by a hands-on assessment, remedial therapy and advice and clear direction on healing nutrition, clear instructions on helpful and non-helpful healing behaviour but most importantly a safe, ’functional’ and modern movement and exercise programme that will help you close and heal your Diastasis. It includes:

 

* 1 x initial 60 min assessment  (diastasis check, history checked, nutrition addressed and exercise prescribed)

* 2 x 60 minute follow up appointments both one month apart. this will include an abdominal massage / soft tissue therapy

 

We will take photo's of your tummy and track progress through measurement. The programme will require 100% determination from you as many lifestyle changes will need to be made. You will also be required to purchase supplements to aid your internal healing.

 

The  price for this is £157 plus the price of the supplements which you purchase yourself (about £40).  Appointments can be made at times to suit you.
