With over 15 years experience teaching and working with pregnancy women as a coach and on a more practical level as a pelvic floor rehabilitation specialist, Michelle offers her wealth of experience by helping coach you through these precious months of pregnancy. Whether you need practical advice, emotional support or are wanting to meet other pregnant women, her group support sessions are vital to stay connected. Pregnancy is an incredible journey filled with excitement and anticipation but also come with questions and concerns. Coaching sessions are a safe judgement free space. If you need a listening ear, and reassurance through your pregnancy these sessions are for you.

All sessions begin with breath-work and grounding alongside mediation for calming. Therapeutic Coaching differs from traditional counselling in that we take a somatic whole body approach. By calming your mind we in turn calm your body.
