Our corporate retreats are tailored to individual company requirements. Most of our partnered venues are in Kent and London but we also cover the whole of the UK. You can chose a theme and we will do the rest - book the venue, organise the catering, create the days itinerary and even provide wellness gifts for each employee that attends.

Julie has over 30 years experience teaching and coaching women and is an expert in Menopause. She can help guide your female staff through these changing years, teaching them strategies and coping mechanisms both in their personal and professional lives as well as providing valuable knowledgeable education.
Yoga, Mediation & Sound Therapy
Delivered by Yoga Teacher, Philippe Lourdjane
Philippe is a trained Yoga Teacher with extensive retreat experience. He can deliver beginners, intermediate and advanced Yin Yoga and Hathga Yoga sessions as well as a range of Sound Bath Chi Gong. Sound therapy is a great way to switch off and wind down enabling your staff to reset and revitalise.
Nutritional Therapy for Health
Delivered by Nutritional Therapist, Vicki Harmer
Vicki is the Director of the LongReach Nutrition Clinic and can be booked as a guest speaker at a corporate retreat. Her sessions can be added to your day where she can advise on the best way your staff can stay fit and healthy, using nutritional therapy.
Wim Hoff Ice Workshop
Delivered by Wim Hoff Expert, Roy Castleman
Roy will guide your staff through a full day of breathwork and education, showing how your mind and body are connected and how anything is possible. The day is finished with each delegate participating in a 3 minute ice bath. Physically and Emotionally refreshing.
Fit-Camp Fitness Day
Delivered by Women Health Coach, Michelle Burke
Michelle has over 15 years experience in teaching outdoor bootcamps. The Fit-Camp days make great team building - from battles ropes to kettlebells and from outdoor walks to press ups, the day is suitable for absolutely every level even complete beginners. Lots of laughing and lots of teamwork!
Sleep Clinic
Delivered by Women Health Coach, Michelle Burke
Focusing on those who find it difficult to switch off and fall asleep and those who wake in the night. This workshop takes delegates through strategies to ensure good quality sleep as well as tips and tricks to stay asleep all night ensuring better productivity throughout the working day. This clinic can be paired with any of the above options.
