What are Therapeutic Coaching Women's Wellness sessions?
Women's Therapeutic Coaching sessions can be online or in person at The Lavender Room in ME2, Strood. These sessions typically provide a supportive and compassionate environment where you can freely explore their thoughts, feelings and experiences with honesty.
With over 15 years experience working as a Women's Health Coach, Michelle will help you focus on your emotional, mental and psychological wellbeing. As women, we look after our families, our partners, our children, perhaps our parents... but who looks after YOU?​

Therapeutic coaching sessions incorporate various technicals such a mindfulness, cognitive behaviour strategies and positivity to women overcome challenges, improve self awareness and develop coping skills. Topics may include managing stress, enhancing self esteem, navigating life transitions, improving relationships and promotion of overall emotional wellness.

All sessions begin with breath-work and grounding alongside mediation for calming. Therapeutic Coaching differs from traditional counselling in that we take a somatic whole body approach. By calming your mind we in turn calm your body.
